Chocolate Walnut Fudge


Ingredients:

  • 18 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • pinch of salt

YIELD: 24 pieces

DIRECTIONS:

In a microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips and condensed milk. Heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Stir well and return to the microwave in 30 second intervals as needed, until fully melted. Do not over heat. Add the vanilla, salt and walnuts. Mix well and then press into a parchment lined 8x8 pan. Chill overnight, cut with a warm knife and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
