YIELD: about 9 donuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease your donut pan.
⠀In a large bowl, mix together the rice flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder, set aside.⠀
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the butter, vanilla extract, and sugar. Add in the eggs and whisk until combined. Finally, add in the milk and whisk.⠀
Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the dry ingredients, mix well. Add the chocolate chips.⠀
Spoon the dough into a pastry bag and pipe the dough into the donut pan. Bake for about 7-9 minutes.⠀
Once the donuts are out of the oven, cool for 20 minutes.⠀
For the glaze, place the chocolate chips, butter, corn syrup, and water in a medium bowl. Melt in 30 second increments in the microwave, stirring after each time, until completely melted and smooth. Dip the tops of the donuts into the chocolate glaze and cool to set.⠀
